This page governs customer, store, and provider use of Hadir in the UAE and makes clear that Hadir operates as a digital intermediary between the parties.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Hadir, registering an account, or placing an order through the platform, you agree to these terms and the related privacy, cancellation, and refund policies.
2. Hadir as a Digital Intermediary
Hadir operates as a digital marketplace and technical intermediary connecting customers with stores and service providers. Hadir is not the direct seller of goods or the direct fulfilment party for services unless explicitly stated otherwise in the order.
3. Store and Provider Responsibility
The store or service provider remains responsible for listing accuracy, product or service availability, fulfilment quality, regulatory compliance, and any final customer invoice that may be required for its licensed activity.
4. Accounts and Information
Customers, stores, and providers must submit accurate and current information, including identity or license details, contact information, location data, and payment or collection details where required.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Creating an order on the platform does not always mean final acceptance. A store, provider, or Hadir may review an order before confirmation or during fulfilment if an operational, compliance, or information issue arises.
6. Payments and Gateways
Electronic payments are processed through approved payment providers and hosted payment pages whenever available to reduce exposure of customer and merchant payment data. Card details should never be entered outside approved payment flows.
7. Cash on Delivery
Where cash on delivery is available, payment is collected by the store, delivery partner, or other approved fulfilment party. Order status and cash collection matching remain subject to platform records and partner confirmation.
8. Commission and Settlement
Hadir may apply either a percentage-based or fixed commission to stores and providers according to account settings or the platform default. Completed order data may be used to prepare statements, invoices, and settlement records.
9. Prohibited Conduct
Fraud, misleading information, impersonation, unlawful conduct, or use of restricted categories without the required approvals is prohibited on the platform.
10. Suspension and Removal
Hadir may suspend, restrict, or remove any account, content, or order where there is a material operational issue, legal concern, serious complaint, or risk to users or the platform.
11. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on the website applies from its effective publication date, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new version.
