Hadir may collect core account details such as name, email, phone number, order and payment information, selected location data, and license or identity details required for store or provider onboarding and activation.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to operate orders, verify accounts, show results by emirate and area, support payments and collections, handle messages and complaints, and improve platform performance, analytics, and security.

3. Sharing Data with Fulfilment Partners

Hadir may share the information needed to complete an order with the relevant store, service provider, delivery company, or approved payment provider only to the extent necessary for fulfilment, verification, or support.

4. Payment Gateways and Connected Services

When approved hosted payment gateways are used, payment information is processed under the policies of those providers. Hadir does not store full card details inside the platform.

5. Retention and Security

Hadir keeps data for as long as needed for operations, customer support, accounting, and legal compliance, and applies reasonable technical and administrative safeguards against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

6. User Rights

You may request to update, correct, or close your account, or ask how your data is handled, through the Contact page or the official support email, subject to operational, accounting, or legal retention requirements.

7. Logs, Cookies, and Analytics

Hadir may use technical logs, essential cookies, and operational analytics tools to secure sessions, measure performance, and improve the user experience. Hadir does not sell personal data to unrelated third parties.
