You can either browse providers and request a specific one, or use a smart request that reaches the best 3 to 5 matching providers in the same category and area.
The customer sends the request for free with a description, location, and phone number. The phone number stays hidden at this stage.
Providers see the request with a masked phone number. They can unlock it using wallet balance or an active subscription. In smart requests, the first provider who unlocks and accepts becomes the assigned provider.
After acceptance, the request moves through accepted, in progress, completed, or closed, so the customer can clearly follow what is happening.
Once the work is completed, the customer can rate the experience and help surface the best providers on the platform.
