Cancellation Policy
This page explains when store and service orders may be cancelled on Hadir, and when cancellation depends on the fulfilment, delivery, or collection stage.
1. Before Order Acceptance
A customer may request cancellation before the order is accepted or before preparation or fulfilment has started. At this stage, cancellation is usually easier and is reviewed based on the order details and timing.
2. After a Store Order Is Accepted
If the store has accepted the order and started preparation, packing, or coordination with a delivery company, immediate cancellation may no longer be available. The case is reviewed based on the order stage, whether it is out for delivery, and any operational costs already incurred.
3. After a Service Request Is Accepted
If a provider has accepted the request and started fulfilment, allocated time or resources, or travelled to perform the service, different handling may apply depending on the service stage, business type, and the terms shown in the order.
4. Orders Marked Out for Delivery
Once a store order is marked out for delivery, it may no longer be possible to stop it immediately and coordination with the store or delivery company may be required. Delivery cannot be guaranteed to stop after this stage in every case.
5. Electronic Payments and Transfers
If an order is cancelled after it has already been materially processed or after payment has been confirmed, any amount, fee, or commission review follows the refund policy together with the gateway, bank transfer, and fulfilment records.
6. Cash on Delivery
For cash on delivery orders, where cancellation happens before delivery and collection, no monetary refund is usually required from the platform. If cash was already collected, the case is reviewed against fulfilment and collection records.
7. Cancellation by Store, Provider, or Platform
A store, service provider, or Hadir may cancel an order where the item is unavailable, fulfilment is no longer possible, information is inaccurate, operational risk exists, or misuse is suspected.
8. How to Request Cancellation
Cancellation requests should be submitted through official platform channels or the Contact page, with the order number, reason for cancellation, and any details that may help speed up the review.
